Our firm represented Mérieux NutriSciences in the acquisition of Sher Consulting and Training Ltd.

Mérieux NutriSciences is a global leader in food and feed testing and consulting, and offers a wide variety of testing, inspection, auditing, consulting, training and research services to food and feed manufacturers, processors, caterers and retailers around the world.

Mérieux NutriSciences’s is headquartered in Chicago, IL, it employs over 8,000 people and offers its services through its owned food laboratories and inspection facilities in 27 countries around the globe, including Israel.

For Mérieux NutriSciences, this is the second acquisition of an Israeli company, and it strategically strengthens and complements Mérieux NutriSciences’ services in Israel, where the company already owns Milouda & Migal laboratories, and testing services located in Acre, Kiryat Shmona and Bar Lev Industrial Park.
